Welcome to Totes Yoga! I’m so glad you have found my page and are looking around the site.
Yoga is an amazing tool to increase your health and well-being. I started doing yoga as a form of workout to get stronger, more flexible and improve my posture. Over the months of doing yoga, I noticed a shift in my thoughts, the way I perceived myself and my general outlook on life. I did lose weight and get stronger but that was not what I became focused on anymore. I felt happier, joyful and full of energy. I was able to laugh harder, smile wider and live a full life by making the most of every opportunity with gratitude.
Despite the stereotypes, I am not vegan and do not eat gluten-free. Whilst I encourage nutritious eating habits, I believe yoga is for everybody. I don’t believe we should conform to the “one size fits all” mentality. Instead, fully embrace who we are and what makes us different, because who you are is pretty special! Yoga helps us to explore who we are and how we want to enjoy our life. I love sharing this secret with others.

I have been practicing yoga for 5 years and hold a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga. I have trained in London for over a year and am CIMSPA certified. I also hold a Les Mills Body Balance and Fitness Pilates qualification. I am eager to learn, continue to add to my training and enjoy incorporating new techniques into my teaching. When I am not teaching you can find me spending time with family and friends, going for walks, playing piano, in a coffee shop or a local Sussex pub. I enjoy reading, going to the gym, swimming and water sports. Message me to say Hi!
