We emphasise yoga practice on deepening the breath, not forcing yourself into particular positions. Give yourself the opportunity to listen to your body and surrender to what feels right. Totes Yoga will help strengthen your muscles, improve posture, increase flexibility, improve respiration and energy systems, diminish anxiety and promote a restful nights sleep. Sometimes our anxious thoughts get ahead of us however yoga helps us to come back to the basics through breath work, mindfulness and meditation. Come to yoga and balance your mind through a balanced body.
